We will enable you to provide this support through the guidance of clear standard operating procedures and training in, and access to, our extensive suite of cutting-edge technological tools and platforms. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will supervise the day to day operations of the Sonder Support Centre, provide leadership for its staff, and ensure a constant state of readiness and responsiveness. You will work a variety of shifts on a rotating 24/7 roster that is projected well in advance to allow personal planning, balance, and flexibility.
Shift Supervisors are a team of empathetic, passionate, highly skilled people determined to assess critical situations, then determine, and recommend what our members do next, to ensure they can live their important and unique and interesting lives
Please note; due to the nature of our industry, all successful candidates will be required to provide a National Police Check and a Working With Children Check prior to commencing in this role.
