Based just 10 minutes from Adelaide CBD, Solasta provides a range of evidence-based assessment and therapy services to adults, children, young people and their families. Our aim is to provide empowering psychological and allied health services that help people live healthier and happier lives. The role will be based in our beautifully appointed, brand new consulting rooms which includes an onsite café, ample parking and a short walk to major shopping centre.

Trainee Administration Officer

Status: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed term contract (12 - 24 months)

Working Location: Position available to be based at Solasta Klemzig.

We are seeking a warm, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant, and friendly team to play a crucial role in the delivery of exceptional psychology and therapy services to people of all ages.

As the first point of contact for our clients and referrers, the Administration Officers are critical to our service delivery. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and high quality day-to-day administrative services to support the effective functioning of Solasta.

To be successful in this role you will be warm, engaging and professional in your approach when interacting with a wide and diverse consumer group. A solid understanding of the considerations required when working within the health sector will be looked upon favourably. The preferred candidate must also be willing to undertake a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration.
