Diabetes Educator - Part-time to Full time (up to 37.5 hrs per week)

Thank you for your interest in applying for the position of Diabetes Educator within our Allied Health Solutions Program.

Allied Health Solutions Program focuses on ensuring access to allied health services in the primary health care space across the Southern Yorke Peninsula LGA.

The Diabetes Educator will be responsible for delivering Diabetes management and prevention services. It is expected that the Diabetes Educator will provide specialist input and support to the Allied Health Solutions Care Coordinator with client assessments and build the capacity of the team through education sessions to support the wellbeing of the people in the program.
