Social Traders is seeking a hands-on, solutions-focused Digital Systems Specialist to own and continuously improve our business systems and digital infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building efficient systems, enjoys solving complex problems, and is motivated by the opportunity to support meaningful change in a for-purpose organisation. As Australia’s industry body for social enterprise and social performance, Social Traders plays a pivotal role in embedding social value into how business and government operate - and this role underpins that work by ensuring our digital systems enable scale, efficiency, and impact.
You will take ownership of our CRM and connected systems, oversee integrations and automations, and partner across teams to design and implement better digital processes. From day-to-day user support through to delivering improvements aligned with our digital strategy, this is a role for someone who enjoys both operational reliability and continuous innovation.
This role will suit someone who values ownership, is detail-oriented, enjoys cross-team collaboration, and is motivated by the opportunity to apply their digital expertise in a purpose-led environment.
