About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Data & Insights, you will play a crucial role in providing intelligence and advanced analytics to deepen the organisation's understanding of population health trends and ensuring that research, programs and initiatives are data-driven and evidence-based.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing thought leadership on relevant theories and models in areas, such as behaviour change models, motivational theory, cognitive bias and behavioural economics
• Monitoring the changing health landscape to deliver the most relevant and actionable data, metrics, statistics and insights for planning and decision-making
• Collaborating with internal communications and PR teams to verify health statistics before public release to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Supporting the Research and Evidence teams in their utilisation of data for research purposes
• Leading a small team in alignment with organisational values.

Your experience

You bring extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a health-related context. You have a strong understanding of theories and models related to health programs and behaviour change from previous similar roles and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Informatics).
