Your Impact

You will drive growth across Mind Australia Allied Health services by building referral pathways, commercial partnerships and sustainable revenue across consumer, corporate and government markets.

Working at the intersection of sales, marketing and mental health advocacy, you will shape how allied health services are positioned, accessed and grown. You will build relationships with GPs, HR, People & Culture, Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), Work Health & Safety (WHS/OHS) teams, government agencies and community organisations to expand access to evidence-based mental health and wellbeing services.

The Role

You will lead multi-channel business development and referral growth across allied health services, working across B2C, B2B and government sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new referral and partnership opportunities across GPs, HR, People & Culture, ER, IR and WHS/OHS teams, NDIS providers, government agencies and community networks.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding, account management and growth.
  • Delivering tailored presentations and proposals to corporate, clinical and community stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Developing strategic relationships with referral partners and key decision-makers.
  • Partnering with marketing and clinical teams to align campaigns, messaging and referral outcomes.
  • Representing Mind Allied Health at conferences, networking events and sector forums.

The Organisation

Mind Australia Allied Health delivers psychology, counselling, occupational therapy, dietetics and coaching services across Australia, supporting individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

The organisation is driven by a clear purpose: making mental health support accessible, evidence-based and stigma-free through flexible face-to-face, telehealth and community-based service models.

What You Bring

You bring proven success in sales, business development or account management, ideally within allied health, healthcare, EAP, wellbeing or another service-based environment.

You have experience selling products or services into HR, People & Culture, Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), Work Health & Safety (WHS/OHS) or similar corporate functions, and understand how these stakeholders evaluate and purchase services.

You are equally confident engaging corporate decision-makers, clinical referrers, government stakeholders and community partners, tailoring your approach to different audiences.

You have a proven ability to manage long sales cycles, build trusted relationships, develop referral networks and convert opportunities into sustainable partnerships.

Experience working within the Australian healthcare system, including Medicare, NDIS and private referral pathways, together with CRM and digital marketing capability, will be highly regarded.
