Amaze is home to Autism Connect, Australia's first and only national autism helpline, providing free, evidence-informed support to people across the country.
Amaze works alongside governments, employers, community organisations and service systems to improve inclusion, increase understanding and create meaningful change. Their work is informed by research, grounded in lived experience and shaped by what the autism community says matters most.
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Services, the Services Marketing Manager/Lead will develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies that increase awareness, engagement and uptake of Autism Connect and related services, some of which will be new to market.
This is a hands-on service-focused marketing role. You will work closely with Amaze’s service teams to understand what communities are asking for, where people are getting stuck and what would make Autism Connect and related services easier to find, understand and use.
You will turn those insights into clear, accessible campaigns and communications. Using storytelling, digital marketing, partnerships and audience engagement to build awareness, strengthen referral pathways and support more people to connect with the right service at the right time.
You are a thoughtful and capable marketer who understands how to connect people with services, information and support. You are likely someone who enjoys both the thinking and the doing, excited to deliver high-quality work in a purpose-driven environment.
You come from a marketing and service delivery background and may have had exposure to community services, education or health. or another purpose-driven environment.
You will bring:
Knowledge of autism, disability, neurodivergence or lived-experience-led practice is highly regarded, however all candidates with a genuine commitment to inclusive communication and community impact are encouraged to apply.
