About the role

We are seeking a Programs Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of the Learning for Life suite of programs, including the development and maintenance of key school partnerships and local community partnership relationships. Reporting to the Team Leader and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

• Coordinate Learning for Life program delivery across partner schools and community settings
• Build and maintain strong school, community, and partner relationships to support program outcomes
• Facilitate approved program sessions and lead Learning Clubs when volunteer capacity is limited
• Recruit, induct, and support volunteers involved in program and admin activities
• Manage program data entry, reporting, and fidelity to ensure quality implementation 

About you

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience delivering training (e.g., facilitation, presenting)
• Demonstrated experience coordinating programs or projects, including administration and data management
• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with schools, community agencies, and local organisations
• Experience working with children and young people in education or community settings
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to manage own workload and respond to competing demands
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
