About Us:

Sight For All is an Adelaide-based not-for-profit dedicated to eliminating blindness through sustainable projects undertaken in Australia and partner countries.

Position Overview:

The Australian Projects Officer is primarily responsible for coordinating Australian projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading the team of Eye Health Educators who promote eye health awareness in communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management
  2. Stakeholder Engagement
  3. Resource Management
  4. Reporting
  5. Additional duties as required

Selection Criteria:

  • Comprehensive understanding of eye health, social determinants of health, and health literacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative and time management abilities.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Computer literacy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as Optometry.
  • Project management experience.
  • Passion for the not-for-profit sector.
  • Positive team player.

Knowledge:

  • Commitment to our vision and values.
  • Understanding of our policies.
