What we're looking for

We are looking for a friendly, active, and reliable Male Support Worker to support an NDIS participant with ASD located in Cranbourne East.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Have experinece working with ASD clients
  • Communicate calmly and clearly, and build trust with ease
  • Understand sensory needs and the importance of routine and structure
  • Stay patient, steady, and emotionally regulated during challenging moments
  • Use proactive behaviour support and safe de‑escalation strategies
  • Support independence, social skills, and confident community acces

hours available

  • Monday to Friday: 5pm–7pm
  • Thursday & Friday: 9am–3pm (full day)

These shifts can be split up if preferred.

What you Need

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance and Vehicle Registration
