About the Role
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, on-brand communications that grow ACRE’s reach and influence. Working within the Brand, Impact and Partnerships team, you’ll translate strategy into action—producing content, coordinating campaigns and supporting events.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver on strategic marketing objectives in collaboration with the Marketing Director and broader team
- Create and manage engaging, impact-driven content across social media, website, email, PR and digital channels
- Develop a consistent cadence of communications that further ACRE’s positioning and delivers across audiences
- Manage ACRE’s digital and social channels, using data-driven insights to optimise performance and integrate with CRM platforms to improve efficiency, engagement and growth
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, cross-team initiatives, and key projects
- Plan and deliver events (both in-person and digital), including sponsorships and partnership activations
- Identify and pursue strategically aligned opportunities to grow ACRE’s brand and impact
- Create compelling impact stories, case studies and branded collateral
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent voice and visual identity
- Track, analyse and report on marketing performance and impact
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal teams, partners and stakeholders
- Apply a project management approach to campaigns, events and key initiatives
A Day in This Role Might Include:
- Scheduling social content and responding to a trending opportunity
- Interviewing a program participant and turning their story into a case study
- Supporting an upcoming event or partnership activation
- Reviewing analytics and identifying what’s working (and what’s not)
About You
You’re a proactive, creative communicator who thrives in a purpose driven, collaborative environment.
You will bring:
- A degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Strong digital marketing capability, including social media management, email marketing and website management
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing demands
- Experience coordinating campaigns, events or promotional activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to improve engagement
- Experience with CRM systems, CMS platforms and creative/design tools (advantageous)
- Event management experience across physical and digital formats (advantageous)
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects or campaigns
- Knowledge of, or experience in, the social enterprise sector (advantageous)
- Alignment with ACRE’s values and passion for social impact (essential)
