When working for Home@Scope you are employed by the Victorian Government to provide support within Home@Scope services. 

About The Role

The purpose of the role:

  • The Operations Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a group of House Supervisors to ensure the delivery of quality disability accommodation services.

This includes compliance with legislative requirements and Home@Scope policies and procedures, people management, budget and resources management and quality improvement.

The role includes:

  • People Leadership, leading a dynamic team to provide exceptional support services.
  • Supporting Service Delivery, through leading staff planning and rostering, data and reporting management.
  • Responsibility for ensuring compliance to Workplace Health & Safety, including compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Administration, preparing and analysing reports as required.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • Advanced Diploma of Disability Work (or equivalent qualification/experience), or Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability) or equivalent.
  • Satisfactory National Police Check for 'Employment in Disability' (no more than six months old).
  • International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
  • Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Current Victorian Driver’s License
  • Australian Residency Status or valid Australian Working Rights
