Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is a member-based national for purpose organisation promoting independence for people with a spinal cord injury and other physical disabilities. We provide NDIS and other services to support and assist our clients to get 'back on track' and achieve their goals. Working together with our customers, our aim is to eliminate the barriers that restrict workplace and social inclusion for people with a spinal cord injury and other physical disability, developing a society which is accessible in every way.
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in the Perth as a Community Services Coordinator. The Community Services Coordinator will positively engage with our customers and assist them to actively identify, plan and access various supports and services available to them. Based from our Osborne Park office the region covers Perth and regional Western Australia. Communication with clients is mostly via the telephone and video calling, travelling to client sites on occasion when essential. You may choose to blend your work locations between home and the office.
