We need you to lead our team in Wadeye to deliver to programs to support families and children with complex, high needs. In this full-time, fixed term position to end of June 2027, you'll work as part of our team located in Wadeye* supporting Play2Learn and Intensive Family Support programs to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. Reporting to the out Regional Manager, in this leadership role in our NT Programs team, you'll will be accountable for the operational running of program activities, budget oversight and supporting your staff. You'll step into a Team Leader position for Wadeye, with a dedicated focus on leading and supporting that location (no longer required to support Darwin-based programs).
* This is a Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) role. The successful candidate will travel from Darwin to Wadeye on Monday mornings and return on Thursday afternoons. Accommodation in Wadeye is provided with Fridays spent working from our Darwin office.
