In this full-time, permanent role, you'll work as part of our Retail team in our brand-new Ringwood store to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. As the Retail Store Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering strong financial performance while creating an engaging and supportive volunteer environment. From driving sales and customer experience to leading a passionate volunteer team, your impact will help fund our programs supporting children in Australia and around the world.

You will make a difference by:

  • Driving store sales to meet targets and maximise revenue
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with our standards
  • Leading, coaching and supporting a team of dedicated volunteers
  • Ensuring high standards of store presentation and operations
  • Managing stock flow and supporting donation initiatives
  • Maintaining store financials including cash handling and reporting

This role requires:

  • Experience in a retail customer service environment
  • Experience leading or supervising teams (volunteer or paid)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform manual tasks (e.g. moving stock and displays)
