In this full-time permanent position, based in our Coffs Harbour op shop, you will be responsible for growing and developing the business. You will lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI targets, as well as building and nurturing a co-operative group of individuals who together form a vibrant and enthusiastic team. You will be an integral part of our Retail team and report to our Area Manager.
