Support our EdTech and instructional staff, managers and operational staff, ensuring we have the capabilities we need to deliver better outcomes for children.

As a social enterprise of Save the Children Australia (SCA), we leverage Save the Children's global reach and demonstrate an impact that belies our 3-year history. Our mission responds to the challenges of achieving digital inclusion and access to education for all children and youth. We build capacity among teachers and create lasting impact within the International Development sector through supporting EdTech in sustainable and context relevant forms, positioning teachers and trainers at the centre of education and training.
In this full-time, permanent position based ideally in Melbourne or Adelaide (though other locations will be considered), you'll focus on setting up people frameworks and processes, while also providing generalist People and Culture support across the growing organisation. Taking your inspiration from the best aspects of SCA's people and culture practices and working closely with the SCA People, Culture & Risk team, you'll introduce new initiatives, tailor existing processes and work closely with Inclusiv Education staff and management to respond to their needs. With flexibility to work from home or from our Melbourne or Adelaide offices*, you'll report to the Director Inclusiv Education, with a matrix report to SCA's Head of People and Culture - Corporate and Social Enterprises.

* Note - The role will be required to attend either the Melbourne or Adelaide office once or twice a month at minimum for meetings. Subject to COVID-19 protocols, the role can be based regularly from the office if preferred.
