In this part time maximum term position (68.4 hours per fortnight over 12 months, with potential for extension) based in Brisbane, you will work as part of a team to provide case management support to women and children escaping domestic violence, both within our accommodation program and outreach work. You will be part of our Queensland Programs team and report to a Team Leader, working shifts between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday with additional on call responsibilities.
…You're an experienced domestic and family violence practitioner with high levels of initiative and flexibility alongside cultural sensitivity and knowledge. You're able to respond calmly and effectively in crisis and complex situations. You possess a thorough understanding of the impact of domestic violence on women and children and are able to apply that within a trauma informed practice framework.
