We’re looking for a friendly, organised and dynamic Administration Officer to carry out admin and reception duties at our office in Mount Isa. Your attention to detail, computer literacy, and great communication skills will ensure that our teams can continue working effectively to make the world a better place for children.

In this full time, permanent role based in Mount Isa, you’ll act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, provide administrative support for the teams, and will support the efficient and effective running of the office in a proactive and professional manner. You’ll work closely with Queensland’s Office Coordinators and the Save the Children team.

You’re an adaptable all-rounder, ideally with a background in reception or admin support and you’re willing and able to learn new systems. Your organisational skills alongside your attention to detail will support the efficient and effective running of the office. You’re personable and friendly, and you’ll easily build strong positive relationships with stakeholders at the Centre and the community.
This role requires:
Having a certification in business or administration would be great, but if you don’t, we can assist you to access appropriate training.
