… You have exceptional skills in coordinating group processes and can find the common ground amid diverse perspectives. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to break down siloes and work effectively with our ICM partners and other service providers to ensure that the safety of children and their family is prioritised at all times. Your application of child centred family focused approaches is well developed and your commitment to enhancing the safety and wellbeing of families is unwavering.
