No day is the same in Save the Children Australia's Intensive Family and Parenting Service (IFPS) in Darwin. You'll work as part of a passionate local team, providing critical support for families of children who may be at risk. In this full-time, fixed term role (12 months, with potential for extension), you'll collaborate with IFPS team members to deliver family support services, where a child up to the age of 18 has been identified as experiencing or being at very high risk of experiencing neglect or have had contact with the child protection system. You'll work with the team to promote positive approaches to parenting and family wellbeing. Based in Darwin, you'll be part of our NT Programs team and report to the IFPS Team Leader.
