As part of our Intensive Family Support service, we need you to join our team of dedicated professionals, helping to maximise their impact on the lives of vulnerable families. In this full-time, fixed term contract position through to end of May 2022, you'll work within a case management framework in an outreach role, providing support to families with multiple and complex needs to improve the safety, health and wellbeing of children. Based in Brisbane, you'll work flexible hours between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday, and will report to our Team Leader.

You're an experienced practitioner who is passionate about supporting families within a child centred, strengths-based framework. Importantly, you have a strong understanding of the impact of trauma on children and their families and you're keenly aware of the additional impacts and barriers experienced by CALD families.
