ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION

Established in 2009, Satellite Foundation is a not-for-profit that connects and empowers young people aged 8 to 25+, who have families with mental health challenges. Satellite aims to foster a strong connection between young people, their families, and the wider community. Satellite’s programs use a combination of creativity and the sharing of lived experience to combat isolation and promote confidence, self-esteem, and good coping strategies. Satellite offers peer support in a range of in-person and online programs, workshops, activities, and projects that are centred on connection.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to make your mark and develop the fundraising function within Satellite Foundation. In this brand new role, you will work closely with the Director, Creativity, Development and Growth to diversify revenue streams and generate independent income through compelling engagement of existing and new stakeholders.

Satellite Foundation is in an exciting growth phase, and this is a key role that will help us meet our strategic objectives.

This is a full-time, ongoing position.

ABOUT YOU

You will be confident in developing and working to budget, capable of managing multiple projects at once and able to implement a range of fundraising events and activities. You will work closely alongside the marketing and communications and the go-to-market teams.

You will already have proven fundraising experience and may be looking to take a step up in your career and responsibilities.
