You will be working closely with the CEO, Finance Director (Board position) Bookkeeper and HR Administrator. You will lead and manage the effective financial management of the organisation. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: line management of our Bookkeeper, manage the payroll system, day to day financial activities, month-end tasks, budget preparation and reporting, provide timely financial advice, monitor compliance in conjunction with the CEO.

You will be experienced in working in a Neighbourhood House or similar community organisation and have advanced knowledge of computerised accounting programs (MYOB), have a highly proficient level of Excel skills, some Calxa knowledge.

Your attention to detail along with your finance experience are vital for this role. You will be required to have a min 5years experience and CPA/CA membership. Mandatory requirements are current Police Check, Working with Children Check and DWES (done through Sandybeach Centre).

This is a permanent part time role. You must be available to work Wednesdays.
