Saltbush is seeking a compassionate and experienced Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker to join our Indigenous Skills and Employment Program (ISEP) team in Darwin.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide culturally safe, trauma-informed support that empowers participants to overcome barriers, strengthen their wellbeing and create pathways towards employment, education and long-term independence.

We work alongside participants to build confidence, strengthen resilience and create meaningful pathways to brighter futures.
As the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker, you'll work directly with participants to provide strengths-based, culturally safe and trauma-informed support.
Working closely with Mentors, Employment Consultants and external service providers, you'll undertake needs assessments, develop personalised support plans, coordinate referrals and provide therapeutic support that assists participants to achieve positive wellbeing, education and employment outcomes.
You'll also play an important role in building the capability of the wider team by sharing knowledge, mentoring staff and strengthening trauma-informed practice across the program.
