Are you passionate about empowering First Nations participants through education and practical learning? Saltbush is seeking an engaging and culturally responsive Hospitality LLND Trainer to join our Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program team in Tennant Creek.
Saltbush Social Enterprises is a Northern Territory not-for-profit organisation committed to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through education, employment and community-driven programs. We work alongside participants to build confidence, develop skills and create meaningful pathways to employment and brighter futures.
As the Hospitality LLND Trainer, you'll deliver engaging Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) training through practical hospitality-based learning. Working within the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program, you'll support participants to build confidence, strengthen foundation skills and progress towards employment, further training and community participation.
Working closely with Mentors, the Course Coordinator and external stakeholders, you'll create culturally safe and engaging learning experiences while supporting participants to overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
