Working with a collaborative and supportive Finance team, you will liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful management of the end-to-end billing and claims function for all funding bodies within Melba. You will ensure that relevant transactions are accurately accounted for and that all internal and external reporting and compliance obligations are met. You will ensure that billing occurs on time and any funding discrepancies are investigated and resolved so there is no disruption to the flow of funds, thus ensuring the financial sustainability of the organisation.

You may have a grasp of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, or you could come from a range of backgrounds that involve various forms of finance management including Accounts Payable/Receivable. You have a friendly and customer orientated style and high levels of energy and enthusiasm. You have strong attention to detail and bring with you an analytical and process thinking approach. You are confident working with a range of different systems and can identify opportunities to develop and improve processes.
