As an Intensive Case Manager for J2SI you will be focused on building strong relationships with participants who have experienced long-term homelessness. You will work with a small caseload allowing for individualised goal planning and regular face-to-face appointments, while focusing on preventative support and strategies that help break the cycle of homelessness.
