We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Mental Health Recovery Practitioner to play a key role in our residential services, supporting people to build practical living skills, strengthen independence, and move confidently along their recovery journey.
As a Senior Mental Health Recovery Practitioner, you’ll be a steady, skilled presence for both residents and staff. You’ll combine hands-on recovery work with leadership, supervision and coordination, helping create an environment where recovery is possible, supported and celebrated.
This is a role for someone who believes recovery is real, values person-centred practice, and enjoys supporting others to do their best work.
