Being a Recovery Support Worker at Richmind WA is more than just a job, it’s a calling.
You’ll support people navigating mental distress to build independence, reconnect with their strengths, and take steps toward the life they want to live.
This means helping with life skills, offering emotional support, and showing up as a consistent, compassionate presence.
You’ll be part of a supportive team, working in our residential homes, helping people feel safe, seen, and heard.
You don’t need to be a mental health expert, you just need to care deeply about people and believe in their ability to grow and heal.
We’re looking for someone who:
This role is full-time working 150 hours over 4 weeks. This roster includes 3 out of 4 weekends, and AM shifts. It is based at our service in Perth.
At Richmind WA, we’ve been supporting people on their mental health journeys for over 50 years.
We’re recovery-first, lived experience-led, and proudly Rainbow Tick accredited. We walk alongside people with compassion, courage, and belief in their potential.
Our services are residential, outreach, and everything in between—person-centred, trauma-informed, and inclusive at the core.
Our values
We work with Elders and First Nations staff to ensure culturally safe supports and value people of every background, identity, and experience.
