This is a brand-new exciting role that will provide support and guidance to the organisation to ensure the recovery work in service delivery is maintained to a consistently high standard. This role will be working to embed a contemporary approach of collaborative, trauma informed care which enables staff to support consumers to build capacity, strengths and resilience while providing person-centred care.

In line with Richmond Wellbeing policy, WA Government Health Directions and Public Health Orders, Richmond Wellbeing workers and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 1 January 2022 and receive their booster shots when required. As such, the successful candidate will need to provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status prior to a face-to-face interview.
