At Richmind WA, we don’t just provide mental health services—we transform lives. Every person on our team plays a role in shaping the future of wellbeing in Western Australia. We see people as individuals, listen deeply, and help them discover the courage to create meaningful change.
We’re looking for a People & Capability Lead who thrives on making an impact. You’ll partner with leaders across the organisation to design and deliver people strategies that drive engagement, grow talent, and foster an inclusive, positive workplace. You’ll also provide guidance on employee relations, supporting leaders and teams through complex workplace matters with fairness and confidence. From leading key projects to shaping the employee experience, your work will directly influence how our people thrive.
This role is full time working Monday to Friday and based at our Cannington office.
At Richmind WA, we’ve been supporting people on their mental health journeys for over 50 years.
We’re recovery-first, lived experience-led, and proudly Rainbow Tick accredited. We walk alongside people with compassion, courage, and belief in their potential.
Our services are residential, outreach, and everything in between, person-centred, trauma-informed, and inclusive at the core.
We work with Elders and First Nations staff to ensure culturally safe supports and value people of every background, identity, and experience.
If you’re ready to step into a role where your HR expertise and leadership will make a real impact, and where you can help shape a positive, thriving workplace for our people and the wider community, we’d love to hear from you.
