About the Role

Richmind WA is seeking a dedicated People & Capability Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a values-led WA mental health organisation at a pivotal time of growth and change. As we deliver our Strategic Plan, our People and Capability (P&C) Team is focused on creating a great place to work for great people, and this role will help make that happen.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the detail right, and is motivated by supporting people, systems and processes that make a real difference. You’ll bring strong organisation skills, confidence working with data, and a proactive approach to helping a busy team run smoothly.

This role is offered at 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, with flexibility to discuss how the hours can be worked across Monday to Friday during business hours.

As a key member of the People & Capability team, you will play an important role in supporting:

Employee Records Management and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Facilitate compliance requirements for new joiners, including police clearances, Working with Children Checks, NDIS worker screens, and employment contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Administrative Support to People & Capability Team

  • Provide administrative support for employee relations matters and team projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular team meetings, ensuring effective communication of details and agendas.

HR Information System Administration

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, reference checks, and onboarding paperwork.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or relevant role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience required.

Other Requirements:

  • Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Current WA Drivers License
