At Richmind WA, we're transforming mental health services across Western Australia, and we're looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Lead who wants their work to have real impact.
This isn't a traditional reporting role.
It's an opportunity to shape how one of WA's leading mental health organisations uses data to improve lives.
Why this role matters
Every day, our teams support people experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness and psychosocial disability. Across those services, we collect valuable information about outcomes, recovery journeys and operational performance.
Your role is to turn that information into meaningful insight.
You'll work alongside service leaders, executives and frontline teams to answer the questions that matter most:
The dashboards, models and reporting frameworks you build won't just sit on a screen, they'll help shape the future of mental wellbeing services in WA.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead the development of Richmind WA's business intelligence capability by:
