We are now seeking an Advocacy Engagement Lead to drive our advocacy agenda and help influence the systems, policies and partnerships that shape mental health outcomes across WA.
This is a unique opportunity to take a lead role in advancing advocacy that is evidence-informed, grounded in lived experience, and focused on real systemic change.
Reporting to the Chief People and Brand Officer, the Advocacy Engagement Lead will lead Richmind WA’s advocacy activities and initiatives to help drive systemic mental health reform, close service gaps, and shift community attitudes.
Working across internal teams and external stakeholders, you will translate our advocacy framework into targeted strategies, campaigns and partnerships that influence policy, funding and commissioning reform.
This is a highly visible and purposeful role for someone who can combine strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and ethical advocacy practice.
You are a strategic and values-led professional with experience in advocacy, policy, stakeholder engagement or systems change work.
You know how to translate complex issues into compelling advocacy positions and can confidently engage decision-makers, partners and communities to influence change.
