Amber Community is seeking experienced and engaging facilitators to deliver meaningful road safety programs in:
This paid, sessional opportunity is ideal for professionals who would like to use their facilitation skills to make a difference in their local community alongside their current role, private practice or other professional commitments.
Programs are primarily delivered in the evenings, with some Saturday and occasional daytime opportunities. Depending on the location and demand, sessions may be delivered monthly or every two to three months, with the potential for additional opportunities as our programs grow.
Make a meaningful impact
Facilitate road safety programs that raise awareness, provide relevant information and encourage people to reflect on their driving choices and the actions they can take to keep themselves and others safer.
Complement your existing work
Add occasional, purposeful paid facilitation work alongside your current employment, private practice, consulting or other professional commitments.
Build community connection
Lead open and respectful conversations that strengthen awareness, accountability and understanding of driving behaviour and the broader impacts of road trauma.
Become part of a values-led team
Work alongside experienced facilitators, lived experience volunteer speakers and emergency service presenters, with training and ongoing support from Amber Community.

Previous experience in road safety is welcomed but not essential. Program training and ongoing support will be provided.
Amber Community is a not-for-profit organisation contributing to the safety and wellbeing of road users. We provide counselling and support to people impacted by road trauma and deliver programs that raise awareness, encourage reflection and contribute to safer choices on our roads.
