The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals; New South Wales (RSPCA NSW) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation that treats, protects, and rehomes animals. As a charity, we strive to ensure that no animal is turned away or forgotten, regardless of whether they are abandoned, neglected, injured, or surrendered into our care. With goals like empowering and educating communities to improve animal welfare in NSW, we acknowledge the role that humans play in protecting all creatures, great and small.
As a Supporter Care Officer, you will be part of a dedicated group at the heart of RSPCA NSW, who ensure our donors always feel valued and appreciated. As the central hub of the Fundraising team, we connect and support every program, providing care and communication to our donors each day. Beyond donor support, we play a vital role in assisting our Regular Giving, Individual Giving, Community Fundraising, Philanthropy, Gifts in Wills, Lottery, and Workplace Giving programs - helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes while building strong, lasting relationships with our supporters.

Joining the RSPCA NSW team as a Supporter Care Officer means being part of something truly meaningful. You will be welcomed into a warm and collaborative team that is passionate about making a difference, while working toward results that have a real and lasting impact. At the heart of everything we do is the welfare of animals, and as part of our Fundraising team you will play a direct role in supporting that mission every day. With animals onsite, you will have the unique opportunity to connect with the very cause you are helping to fund — a daily reminder of why the work we do matters.
