This end-to-end role, reporting to the CEO of a high profile NFP will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of this diverse aged and high dependency care facility. You will manage a small but professional team to deliver high quality care with a clear mandate to build and create a best practice model in order that the facility can expand and grow. Care, quality, service, professionalism, compliance and on-going process improvement will be key areas of your focus to continue to build something quite special as well as build upon a strong faith based and allied health network.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications and experience in managing and developing a similar type of facility would be an ideal background for this challenging and rewarding role with demonstrable experience in people leadership. Previous experience managing an aged care (or similar) facility and/or working with vulnerable or marginalised people would be a distinct advantage in understanding funding, compliance, accreditation and the delivery of clinical care and support services. Mental health sector exposure of any kind would be highly regarded.
