We are looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our SIL teams. With a variety of shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, we need staff who are adaptable and willing to work across different time slots. Full availability across daytime and evenings is required to include active overnight and inactive overnight shifts.

About the Role

• Providing high-quality care and support to people with disabilities.
• Assisting with daily activities, recreational support , community access, and personal care.
• Working alongside a diverse team to deliver tailored services based on individual needs.

Requirements

• A passion for helping others and making a difference.

• NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and COVID-19 vaccination are required.
• Experience in disability support or a related field is essential.
