NeuroMoves is a nationally recognised allied health service delivered by Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA), a not-for-profit organisation committed to removing barriers for people with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions. Since 2007, we’ve built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, intensive & client-centred therapy in stunning locations.
Our workplace offers the best of both worlds—a close-knit, collaborative clinic environment backed by the support and resources of a national network of over 70 allied health professionals. We operate in state-of-the-art facilities equipped with modern technology and maintain strong partnerships with leading universities. Our clinics are actively involved in clinical research, with ongoing trials and innovation embedded in our practice. Professional standards are upheld by an experienced clinical governance committee and a dedicated management team committed to excellence.
At NeuroMoves, we focus on meaningful, goal-driven outcomes that improve our clients’ independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. For Physiotherapists who want to work with purpose, learn continuously, and be part of a values-led, supportive team—this is a place where you can thrive.
NeuroMoves is now a proud member of the Royal Rehab Group, a leading provider of disability and rehabilitation services.
Based at our Adelaide clinics (Angle Park and Hove) , this position is a part-time 12‑month fixed‑term contract, commencing June 2026, with 15–20 hours per week and Saturdays required on a rotating roster.
You will independently deliver specialised exercise and therapy programs to participants, lead and monitor clinical projects, and ensure service targets are met.
You will confidently manage less common or complex clinical situations and play an important part in developing the capability of the team by providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced practitioners. Your work directly supports SCIA’s commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and high‑quality, person‑centred services.
Your clients may include people with Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, and other neurological or disability‑related conditions.
We pride ourselves on supporting a ‘small team feel’ at each NeuroMoves site, whilst still having access to the perks of being part of a larger national organisation and Royal Rehab Group.
Remuneration will be matched to experience and whilst we are ideally seeking someone with 2 + years’ experience, those with less experience are welcome to apply.
You’re a passionate Physiotherapist who is genuinely committed to excellent client care and motivated by supporting people to achieve meaningful, life‑enhancing outcomes. You bring curiosity, compassion and a willingness to grow within a supportive, values‑driven team.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy person‑centred practice, value collaboration, and are excited by the opportunity to work in a for‑purpose organisation that champions inclusion and empowerment.
NDIS client experience is preferred, but not essential with on the job training and continued education opportunities available. A passion to learn, expand knowledge in a developing workspace and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary and diverse team are essential.
We know diversity makes NeuroMoves a great place to work, and we are committed to building an inclusive workplace culture that reflects the people we serve. We encourage applications from all members of our community, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTIQA+ individuals, people with disability, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
If you require any adjustments to participate equitably in the recruitment process, or to support you in the workplace should you be successful, please let us know. We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment where all individuals can thrive.
