Redfern Legal Centre has an exciting opportunity for an Employment Law Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the Employment Rights Legal Service (ERLS).

ERLS is an innovative collaboration between Redfern Legal Centre, Inner City Legal Centre, and Kingsford Legal Centre to address the employment exploitation of disadvantaged and migrant workers.

The state-wide legal service provides legal assistance to marginalised workers and in particular migrant workers and engages in law reform and policy work to effect change.

• Permanent, full time or part time role;

• Salary: $107,920 – $115,038 p.a. (pro rata for part time) depending on qualifications and experience for the solicitor

• Salary: $117,916 - $133,631 p.a. for the senior solicitor

We are recruiting for one role, and applicants should respond to the selection criteria and apply for either the senior solicitor or solicitor role, however, can be considered for both roles depending on qualifications and experience.

The employment law solicitor or senior solicitor will provide free employment law assistance, including as part of the Employment Rights Legal Service, and in particular on issues related to sexual harassment, and will contribute to coordination of ERLS.
