Rise is looking for an Assistant Administrator who is organised, proactive and enjoys variety. You'll be a key support across the organisation, helping staff, clients and leaders stay connected, informed and on track.  

This is a full-time position based at our Helen’s Place Office (Middle Swan) with flexibility once trained/approved for hybrid work-from-home. Two office days minimum per week with requirement to work from other Rise locations if/when needed. 

Your day-to-day

• Being the first point of contact for phone, email and in-person enquiries
• Coordinating meetings, interviews, training and events
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and general administration
• Managing records, documentation and organisational data
• Assisting with client billing and data entry
• Ordering supplies, monitoring stock and coordinating purchases
• Processing invoices, vendor setup and reconciliations
• Supporting projects and day-to-day office operations 

The need-to-have…

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following: 

• Administration experience and/or a Certificate III in Business.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• You notice the details others miss and take pride in getting things right.
• You take initiative, jump in where needed and don't wait to be asked.
• You're friendly, approachable and great at dealing with people from all walks of life.
• You can switch between reception, administration, invoicing or event coordination tasks with ease! 

Formalities (The serious stuff!) 

Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
