We’re searching for a compassionate, motivated, and reliable Support Worker to join our Wide Bay NDIS team based in Maryborough. In this rewarding role, you’ll support people to build confidence, develop independence, and achieve personal goals, whether that’s learning new life skills, accessing the community, or simply having someone in their corner who truly cares.

This role includes weekend work, offering variety, flexibility, and the chance to be there for clients when support matters most.
You’ll join an organisation that values people, both the clients we support and the employees who support them.
You’ll be encouraged to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and bring your whole self to a role where compassion and purpose are at the heart of everything we do. If you’re ready for a role where you can create real impact, build lasting connections, and be part of something bigger, we’d love to hear from you.
