As a Recovery Support Worker, you'll walk alongside people at risk of homelessness, transitioning from acute mental health services, and/or receiving support through community mental health services. Using a recovery-oriented approach, you'll support people to build on their strengths, achieve their goals and aspirations, navigate everyday challenges, and take meaningful steps towards the life they choose.
Through practical support, genuine connection, and collaboration with key stakeholders, you'll help create opportunities for greater independence, wellbeing, and community participation while achieving the best possible outcomes for the people you support.
