RFDS Victoria are now welcoming applications for the brand new position of Philanthropy Coordinator. This part-time role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Philanthropy Manager across a range of areas within the philanthropy and fundraising space, including preparing written communications and acquittals, drafting of trust and foundation proposals and executing estate administration for bequest donors.
Requiring a mature-minded approach, the Philanthropy Coordinator will be engaging in a supportive capacity to the Philanthropy Manager liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders, while nurturing and developing donor relationships to provide the exceptionally high standard of donor care that RFDS Victoria is renowned for. Strong writing, database management and researching skills will be essential as will the ability to stay organised and manage competing priorities whilst remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of our donors and stakeholders. Please note this role does not require the solicitation of gifts.
Please note that this position will initially be work from home, however, ongoing flexible working arrangements can be negotiated with the successful candidate in consideration operational needs and ongoing COVID restrictions.
