The role:

The Corporate Partnership Executive is a talented and highly motivated professional with a keen interest in the relationship fundraising world. This role works alongside Redkite’s dynamic and passionate Corporate Partnerships team on some of Australia’s leading charity partnerships.

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving growth and development of the workplace giving program, through account management and implementation of donor care and retention strategies
  • Relationship management of a portfolio of existing Redkite corporate supporters
  • Supporting the team with business development including pipeline management and identification of new prospects
  • Drive the implementation of Redkite’s corporate/third-party events and campaigns
  • Managing Redkite’s corporate volunteering program
  • Provide administrative support to the team including preparing reports and reconciling team income

About you:

This position is ideal for someone with drive and passion looking to take the next step in their fundraising journey. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Experience in business-business relationship management, sales or customer service in either the not-for-profit or corporate sector
  • Proven fundraising admin, sales admin or project management experience
  • Experience using a CRM database (Salesforce desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Good written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Current full driver’s license
  • Ability to travel locally and interstate for partner or Redkite events from time to time.

Desirable:

  • Experience managing a workplace giving program at either a not-for-profit or corporate
  • Experience in the not-for-profit/fundraising sector
  • Proven experience in account/relationship management
  • Experience using Canva
