The role

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our corporate partnerships and business development portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships & Philanthropy and forming part of our fundraising & marketing team you will drive sustainable revenue streams through deeper corporate relationships, community fundraising campaigns and engagement with key supporters and donors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and retain major corporate partnerships through opportunities across sponsorships, cause-related marketing, workplace giving and social enterprise sales.
  • Develop fundraising strategies that align with our mission and strategic objectives.
  • Support community fundraising campaigns, matched giving appeals and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure partners and donor are valued through genuine relationships, effective communications and impact reporting.
  • Work closely with our teams to align partnership opportunities with program priorities.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, account management, fundraising or business development in the non-profit space.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and growing revenue.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, including proposal and presentation development.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using CRM and digital platforms (Keela, HubSpot, Eventbrite or similar highly regarded).
  • Ability to flex and adapt in a dynamic environment – you are comfortable getting your hands dirty.

  • Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and contemporary issues would be desirable.

What will success look like in the first 12 months

  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner across the organisation and build strong relationships with corporate partners, supporters and key stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects with clear engagement and stewardship plans.
  • Secure new corporate partnerships, sponsorships and fundraising opportunities that contribute to agreed revenue targets.
  • Delivering measurable growth in supporter engagement, workplace giving and community fundraising initiatives.
  • Strengthen partner retention through high-quality relationship management, reporting and engagement experiences.
  • Improve CRM data quality, pipeline visibility and systems processes to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Position Red Dust as a trusted, impact-led partner of choice for organisations seeking to create meaningful social impact.
