We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate support workers to join our team to provide day support to male clients with Autism. You would be required to take clients to different activities such as zoo, swimming etc. The shift is 9-3 but there is flexibility with start and finish times. There are 3 clients, located in the Northern suburbs.

We do have clients all over Melbourne Metro and the greater Geelong area. If you would like to discuss other opportunities, feel free to contact us.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others
• NDIS Screening Check - not essential but highly desirable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is desired

Please note that if you have no experience we are willing to provide training. No experience needed, very rewarding job.
