About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive NDIS Rostering Coordinator to manage staff scheduling and support service delivery across our NDIS programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage rosters for disability support workers
- Coordinate shift allocations and last-minute changes
- Ensure participant support needs are met efficiently
- Maintain compliance with NDIS standards and worker qualifications
- Communicate with participants, families, and support staff
- Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheets
- Use rostering and scheduling software effectively
- Support recruitment and onboarding coordination when required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordination
- Experience in the NDIS, healthcare, aged care, or community services sector preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and rostering systems
- Understanding of SCHADS Award is desirable
