About the Role

Supports are provided to assist participants to live independently within the community. Duties may include:

• Verbal prompting and personal care support
• Light domestic assistance
• Meal preparation
• Transport to appointments and shopping
• Attending medical and allied health appointments

Available Shifts

• Monday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
• Tuesday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

What We’re Looking For

• A caring and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism
• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Relevant checks and licences required for support work

What You'll Bring:

• At least 6 months' experience in disability support role
• A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
• Current paid employee Blue Card
• Current paid employee Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Clearance
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting)
• Full Australian working rights
• The ability to work both independently and within a supportive team
• A smartphone with internet access
• Two recent professional references (from supervisors)
